April 20 5-7pm Savoring Spanish Tapas

Join Maggie Pond, Executive Chef at Cesar in Berkeley’s Gourmet Ghetto.

Her recipes will instantly transport you to Spain.

*Boquerone Montaditos – Egg Salad, Mashed Avocado, Roasted Mushrooms with Medjool Dates, Almods, Frisee salad in a cumin vinagreta

*Bomba Barceloneta – fried potato ball stuffed with spicy beef and served with two sauces

*Panallets – Catalan Sweet Potato Almond Cookies

Paired with some tasty Spanish wines!


May 17th 5-7pm What’s the Buzz…Honey!

Our local honey guy is back to educate us on bees and the honey which they love to make!

Mike Stephanos of Hometown Honey will discuss the buzz on bees and show us some great dishes to make with honey.

Baklava, Spring Salad with goat cheese, Honey Vinegar Pork Tenderloin with carrots and fennel
